there may be need for material of a sensitive nature to exchange hands. At this feasability and analysis stage,
a client may need to disclose to Egret Technologies confidential information regarding their product or process.
To protect both Egret Technologies and the potential client, we will ask that a mutual non-disclosure agreement
(MNDA) is signed by both parties. This can be either the client's MNDA or that of Egret Technologies.
This facilitates an open and frank discussion and assures our clients that we value confidentiality.
Once an engagement has been agreed upon a more comprehensive contract is put in place that protects both parties
during and after the consulting services period.
This mode of operation is a vital part of
